Rose Stokes, MFTC
Welcome. I know that reaching out for help can feel overwhelming—especially when you’re carrying pain, confusion, or uncertainty. As a Marriage and Family Therapist Candidate, I’m here to walk beside you—not in front of you or behind you—as you navigate your path toward healing. Whether you’re seeking support for yourself, your child, your relationship, or your family, I offer a respectful, nonjudgmental space that honors who you are. I draw from evidence-based approaches tailored to your unique experiences, culture, values, and goals. Together, we’ll identify meaningful steps forward—guided by your strengths, interests, and the pace that feels right to you. From the first conversation, you’ll know there’s a plan and a partner here, dedicated to supporting your growth and helping you feel truly heard. You don’t have to do this alone—let’s take the next step together.
I’m here to support you and tailor sessions to meet your unique needs

Telehealth Therapy Appointments
I prefer to meet clients in person at my office in Elizabeth, Colorado. Because I understand that this can be challenging for some clients, I am pleased to offer Telehealth appointments for Colorado residents.

Populations Served
My post graduate degree in Counseling Children and Adolescents (CCA) makes me highly qualified to offer therapy to toddlers, children, and adolescents (preteen and teens). While my traditional training provided the skills for young adults, adults and senior clients.

Session Configurations
I offer individual sessions, as well as joint sessions with families, romantic partners, and groups.
I have traditional training for adult clients along with additional training to work with larger systems.
